The Pierre and Valérie Saint-Léonard House is located at 7, Notre-Dame street, next to the Honfleur Tourist Office, at 5 minutes’ walk from the Vieux-Bassin and 2 minutes from the Saint-Léonard Church. The house is entirely and exclusively reserved for you. Five beautiful rooms on three levels welcome you, with a nice kitchen, a large balcony where you can have breakfast, and two bathrooms. It is ideal for a family or friends, up to six people and two children under 2 years old.
A HOUSE TO LIVE IN
With its large balcony and breathtaking view, the living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms form a beautiful home to live in. The living room can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The solid wood table in the dining room easily accommodates 6 to 8 guests. The kitchen is pretty, spacious, modern and well equipped, around a very nice black granite bar. A complete table service is at your disposal, as well as all the necessary equipment to welcome a young child.
SPACIOUS AND BRIGHT You are in one of the oldest houses in Honfleur , whose large balcony offers you a breathtaking view of the city's largest market. From there, you canwalk to the Vieux-Bassin. The house is spacious, bright and quiet.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR, A LARGE WALK- THROUGH ROOM
THE LIVING ROOM
The sofa and armchairs are soft and cozy. They spread out around a large design coffee table in wood and glass. The large screen television (139 cm) 4K Sony gives access to 265 channels and has a DVD player.
THE DINING ROOM
The dining room table comfortably accommodates 6 people and 1 baby (a nice high chair is provided at no extra cost). Everything is provided (crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, fabric mats, etc.) so that you can create a beautiful table.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen reflects the image of the house: generous and open with its beautiful black granite bar. It is fully equipped with traditional and microwave ovens, a dishwasher and a laundry machine. The wooden dresser and the cupboards contain all that is necessary.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR, TWO ROMANTIC ROOMS
THE BLUE ROOM
The blue room contains two separate beds of 80 cm x 200 cm which can easily be joined together to form a comfortable bed of 160 cm x 200 cm. The bedding is new (Linvoges comforters, mattress toppers and pillows are suitable for people with allergies). Blinds keep the outside light out. The view is on the Notre-Dame street, very quiet.
THE LINEN ROOM
The linen room contains a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, that can be separated to form two beds of 80 cm x 200 cm. The sheets are new and of hotel quality. The pillows are changed regularly. They are suitable for people with allergies. Blinds keep the outside light out. The view overlooks the Casino impasse, very quiet.
THE SHOWER ROOM
The shower room is large and cozy. Around the design basin, Valérie has added all the necessary comfort: luminous mirrors, hair dryer, thick towels. Particular care is given to cleanliness for our visitors. Shampoo, shower gel and body lotion are available. The toilets are in a separate room.
ON THE SECOND FLOOR, A HAVEN OF PEACE
THE OFFICE AREA
The office area has been imagined with a colonial mind, with wood and leather. A cup of tea or coffee welcomes you. You have a free internet access. A cabin trunk with its closet and its large drawers allows you to store your belongings comfortably.
THE ROOM UNDER THE ROOF
The comfortable bed faces a large flat screen television. Linvosges bunches and hotel quality sheets. On each side, a crossing view on the historic Honfleur. A baby bed, clean and of good quality, can be added upon request.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom is charming under the roof. Equipped with a bathtub with shower, it has a large basin, luminous mirrors and a hair dryer. Thick towels are provided. Shampoo, shower gel and hand milk are available.

The Pierre and Valérie Saint-Léonard House is a 5-room townhouse on 3 floors for 6 people, completely rehabilitated in 2018.
On the ground floor : 1 room of 45 m2 including kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and balcony. 1 separate toilet.
On the first floor : 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 each. 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 twin beds 80 X 200 cm which can be joined to make 160 x 200 cm. 1 shower room. 1 separate toilet.
On the second floor : 1 room of 25 m2. 1 bathroom with WC.
Rental rate for the entire house: from € 250 to € 435 per night, depending on the season. 1 nights minimum. Reservation for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends
Additional visitor’s tax : € 2,25 per night and per person over 18 years old.
Animals : accepted after agreement. Supplement 30 euros per stay.
Restrictions : The house is completely non-smoking. The house is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Parking : The house does not have a parking lot. There are many paid parking lots nearby. A quick drop-off is possible in front of the house.
