A HOUSE TO LIVE IN

With its large balcony and breathtaking view, the living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms form a beautiful home to live in. The living room can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The solid wood table in the dining room easily accommodates 6 to 8 guests. The kitchen is pretty, spacious, modern and well equipped, around a very nice black granite bar. A complete table service is at your disposal, as well as all the necessary equipment to welcome a young child.

SPACIOUS AND BRIGHT  You are in one of the oldest houses in Honfleur , whose large balcony offers you a breathtaking view of the city's largest market. From there, you canwalk to the Vieux-Bassin. The house is spacious, bright and quiet.

THE KITCHEN

The blue room contains two separate beds of 80 cm x 200 cm which can easily be joined together to form a comfortable bed of 160 cm x 200 cm. The bedding is new (Linvoges comforters, mattress toppers and pillows are suitable for people with allergies). Blinds keep the outside light out. The view is on the Notre-Dame street, very quiet.

THE LINEN ROOM

The linen room contains a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, that can be separated to form two beds of 80 cm x 200 cm. The sheets are new and of hotel quality. The pillows are changed regularly. They are suitable for people with allergies. Blinds keep the outside light out. The view overlooks the Casino impasse, very quiet.

The Pierre and Valérie Saint-Léonard House is a 5-room townhouse on 3 

floors for 6 people, completely rehabilitated in 2018.

On the ground floor : 1 room of 45 m2 including kitchen, laundry room, dining

room, living room and balcony. 1 separate toilet.

On the first floor : 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 each. 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm 

and 2 twin beds 80 X 200 cm which can be joined to make 160 x 200 cm. 1 

shower room. 1 separate toilet.

On the second floor : 1 room of 25 m2. 1 bathroom with WC.

Rental rate for the entire house: from € 250 to € 360 per night, depending 

on the season. 2 nights minimum.

Additional visitor’s tax : € 1.80 per night and per person over 18 years old.

Animals : accepted after agreement. Supplement 30 euros per stay.

Restrictions : The house is completely non-smoking. The house is not easily 

accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Parking : The house does not have a parking lot. There are many paid parking

lots nearby. A quick drop-off is possible in front of the house.
