A HOUSE TO LIVE IN

With its two large windows overlooking the beautiful Place du Puits, the living room, dining room and kitchen form a beautiful living room. The living room can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The solid wood table in the dining room can easily accommodate 4 guests. The house is equipped with a high chair for baby's comfort. A complete table service is at your disposal. The kitchen is pretty, spacious, modern and well equipped. Many impressionist artists have painted the Place du Puits, with its particularly recognizable fountain, over the years.

BRIGHT AND QUIET  Well isolated from the noise (the Place du Puits is not very busy anyway), you are in an old anglers’ house . In the past, people used to live, cook and eat together. We have respected this spirit and preserved the conviviality of the place.
AUTHENTIC AND COMFORTABLE  We have privileged quality materials. Decoration is well done, in a warm  wood and leather style . A large 4K flat screen TV allows you to share with family and friends the sports events or the Sunday night movie.

THE DINING ROOM

The dining room table comfortably seats 4 people and 1 baby (a nice high chair is provided at no extra cost). Everything is provided (crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, fabric mats, etc.) so that you can create a beautiful table. If you book the house for the end of the year celebrations, Valérie will be happy to decorate the table for you.

THE KITCHEN

Honfleur is a paradise for gourmets. The kitchen is the image of the house: generous and open to the outside. The piano is an invitation to gastronomy. For the less enthusiastic, the microwave oven is sufficient. In any case, there is a dishwasher. The wooden china cabinet contains everything needed to prepare delicious meals for 4 people.

THE ALMOND GREEN ROOM

The almond green room contains two separate beds of 80 cm x 200 cm which can easily be joined together to form a comfortable bed of 160 cm x 200 cm. The bedding is recent. The pillows are changed regularly. They are suitable for people with allergies. A large closet completes the set. Blinds hide the outside light.

The house

The Pierre and Valérie**** House is a 3 room townhouse on 2 floors for  4 people. It was entirely rehabilitated in 2016. It has received the approval of Meublé de tourisme 4 stars 2017-2022 (Law of July 22, 2009).

On the ground floor : 1 room of 28 m2 including kitchen, dining room and living room. 1 separate toilet. On the 1st floor : 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 each. 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm and 2 twin beds 80 X 200 cm which can be joined to make 160 x 200 cm. 1 bathroom with shower (without toilet).

Rental rate for the whole house : from € 135 to € 235 per night, depending on the season.

Tourist taxes in addition : € 1.80 per night and per person over 18 years old.

Restrictions : The house is entirely non-smoking. Pets are allowed only 

with our agreement and with an extra charge (20 euros per stay). The 

house is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Parking : The house does not have a parking lot, but it is easy and free 

to park nearby. We can leave luggage in front of the house.
